A Seat at the Table (and GETTING It) is a five-session leadership development program for women who are high potential middle managers or who have owned their own business for at least five years and wish to GET a seat at the table. This program is facilitated by Cindy Tortorici.
Eligible Women: approximately 5 years of professional management experience; a desire to develop their vision, voice and community; possess a wide variety of skills and interests.

Location & Times
All sessions in Lake Oswego, OR 8:30 AM – 5 PM each day
Cost (includes all materials, access to facilitators throughout program, personal assessment, breakfast/lunch for 5 full day sessions)
$2950 (By check) Visa and MC incur a 4% handling fee or $3068. Payment plans available.
Applications and nominations are due Friday, March 13, 2020.
